APAR status

Error description

• Creating OSLC links in ClearQuest version 8.0.1.10 to create and
  modify ClearQuest records and to prefill values in the records
  fails. The Location URL from the response would need to
  autheticate again if the browser cache is cleared or if the
  reloadInProgress cookie in browser is deleted.
  
  To reproduce this issue :
  
  1.  Delete reloadInProgress cookie in browser (or clear the
  whole cache)
  2.  POST: example

  3.  Put location URL from response  (doing a GET) into browser
  i.e.

  4.  Values aren't prefilled
  
  5.  Repeat steps 2,3 values are prefilled correctly - if you
  look at browser cookies - isReloadInProgress is there and set to
  TRUE even though nothing is being loaded.
